The process was a pretty good one with Lendify Home Loan as I did my refinancing.  Kevn was very helpful, alway responded to my calls and text. I had a great experience working with Lendify Home Loans. My agent, Kevin Adams, was very helpful throughout the entire process and worked hard to get everything completed. He answered my questions, guided me through each step, and made sure I understood what was happening with my loan. Donavan & Kevin went above and beyond. When a phone call was made the calls were answered or call returned. We have had a few mortgages in the past, have never receive services like we received through Lendify Home Loans. Had a question at closing and a return call received within 5 minutes. My loan officer Jake Kaddis made sure I was well-informed about every decision along the way and he was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. His transparency and availability guaranteed a return customer out of me. When it came to knocking out the details for the underwriters, Wisam Mansour was constantly on the ball. He is very organized and thorough, which helped us get through the more tedious aspects of the process. Our family had the pleasure of working with Naz Chowdhury and he was very professional and kind with our situation, my father last in January and was in the process of getting there home refinanced when he passed it was a very difficult situation and time and Naz and his team made this process very easy and possible for my mother to be able to stay in her home !
